A well‑established early learning centre in Portland is seeking educators across three roles. This is a great opportunity for NZ teachers looking for a sea change and a supportive team environment.

Available Positions

Early Childhood Room Leader (Diploma)

• Lead the rooms educational program and mentor educators.
• Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families and the community.

The Room Leader collaborates with the management team to role model pedagogical practices

Diploma Educator

• Coordinate and deliver integrated teaching and learning strategies.
• Support documentation and program evaluation.
• Model respectful communication and positive relationships.

Develops plans, delivers and coordinates integrated teaching and learning strategies

Certificate III Educator

• Assist in planning and implementing play‑based learning experiences.
• Support children's development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to documentation and family communication.

The Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) will support the team to deliver high‑quality early childhood education

• A fully qualified Early Childhood Educator with relevant experience and a genuine passion for play-based learning.
• Commitment to high-quality early childhood education, safety, and positive child development.
• A strong team player who values building relationships with children, families, and community.
