Available Positions

Early Childhood Room Leader (Diploma)

• Lead and coordinate the rooms educational program.
• Mentor educators and promote a positive learning culture.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and child safety requirements.

Demonstrates regular reflective practice strategies and provides constructive feedback to staff

Diploma Educator

• Support the development and delivery of high‑quality learning experiences.
• Engage in reflective practice and contribute to program evaluation.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Plays an active role in providing clear communication with families

Certificate III Educator

• Assist in implementing play‑based learning experiences.
• Support children's development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to documentation and family communication.

Supports all members of the team in communication with families

• A fully qualified Early Childhood Educator with relevant experience and a genuine passion for play-based learning.
• Commitment to high-quality early childhood education, safety, and positive child development.
• A strong team player who values building relationships with children, families, and community.
