Leadership Development Coach

Job Title: Leadership Development Coach — Teach the Nation Limpopo, South Africa | Full-Time | 2-Year Fixed-Term

About the Role:

Teach the Nation is looking for a passionate and experienced Leadership Development Coach to join our Programme Team. You will coach and support 10 fellows in Limpopo schools, helping them grow as educators and leaders through our structured Leadership Development Programme.

What You'll Do:

You will facilitate coaching sessions, develop personalised leadership plans for fellows, coordinate your assigned programme pillar, support events and training, and build strong relationships with schools, partners, and community stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Education or Business Management)
• Minimum 2 years of coaching or teaching experience
• Leadership experience within an educational setting
• Based in Limpopo
• Valid driver's licence and police clearance
• Computer literate (MS Office 365, Excel)
• Able to communicate in 2+ South African languages (English and Tsonga)
