As a Business Data Analyst, you help our customers in meaningful and impactful projects in their (digital) transformation.

What about the role ?

As a Business Data analyst, youll support data-informed decision making. 

Some of your responsibilities can be described as follows:

• Data Collection and Cleansing: Identify and gather relevant data from various sources, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and completeness. Conduct data cleansing and transformation to prepare the data for analysis.
• Data Integration: Create requirements for integrating data (as well as workflows to maintain those data) into ServiceNow & validate the correct implementation of those requirements by external developers.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Perform advanced data analysis using various tools and techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, gaps. Extract key insights and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Data Modelling and Visualization: Develop data models and visualizations to present complex information in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner. Use tools such as Excel, or Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
• Activity Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop regular reports to track business performance. Identify trends and anomalies and provide insights on areas for improvement or optimization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate with different teams to align data analysis initiatives with business objectives.

What about you ?

• You demonstrate previous practical experience (at least 3 years) as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or MS SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, ClickView or similar.
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Business Science.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and excellent level in English.
