About the Role
A skilled Contract Designer is needed to support packaging updates, product imagery refreshes, and digital content improvements across multiple online retail channels such as Amazon and Chewy. The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and excels in asset refinement, packaging label updates, and digital product render enhancements. This role collaborates closely with brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure assets remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Updates

  • Refresh and update packaging labels while following brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and SKU-specific requirements.

  • Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with consistent colors and production-aligned specifications.

Digital Product Renders & PDP Assets

  • Update 3D product renders and hero images for product display pages across Amazon, Chewy, and other retail platforms.

  • Optimize images based on each platforms requirements, including dimensions, file types, and best-practice standards.

Image & Text Updates

  • Edit and update text overlays on existing stock images for marketing, e-commerce, and promotional campaigns.

  • Retouch images to improve clarity, lighting, and overall consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with brand, regulatory, and e-commerce teams to ensure asset accuracy across all updates.

  • Maintain organized file structures, proper naming conventions, and version control in shared asset libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Expertise

  • 3-5 years of graphic or packaging design experience, preferably within Consumer Goods.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Experience using 3D rendering tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Dimension, or similar (strongly preferred).

  • Strong skills in retouching, color correction, and typography.

  • Ability to create both print-ready and digital-ready assets.

Attention to Detail

  • High accuracy when updating text, ingredient panels, and regulatory content.

  • Excellent proofreading skills and ability to handle sensitive or regulated information.
