About the Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who can confidently design for both corporate projects and creative event brands (including weddings and lifestyle concepts).
This role goes beyond design. You will also support daily business operations, internal systems, and project coordination to help ensure projects move smoothly through the pipeline.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, commercially aware, and able to take ownership of tasks.
As this is a remote role, strong communication, reliability, and responsiveness are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design Responsibilities
You will design a variety of materials including:

Social media content (posts, carousels, campaigns)
-
Client proposals and pitch decks
-
Corporate branding materials
-
Wedding and event creative concepts
-
Large-format print designs (signage, backdrops, exhibition stands, menus, etc.)
-
Website visuals and graphics
-
Print-ready artwork for production
-
Visual mockups and spatial concepts using CAD when required
Business & Operations Support
You will also support the operational side of the business by:

Assisting the Operations team with administrative tasks
-
Helping oversee projects in the production pipeline to ensure deadlines are met
-
Tracking design progress and flagging delays or issues early
-
Updating tasks and progress within internal systems
-
Following company workflows and processes
-
Communicating clearly with internal teams about project status
-
Supporting coordination between design, sales, and operations
This role requires someone who understands that design is part of a larger business process.
Required Skills & Software
You must have strong experience with:

Adobe Illustrator (advanced – essential)

Adobe Photoshop (advanced – essential)

Canva (for quick-turnaround content)
-
CAD software (for layouts and event visualization)
You should be able to:

Design for both corporate and creative brands

Prepare artwork correctly for print production

Create polished, professional proposals

Work efficiently without sacrificing quality

Understand briefs clearly and ask relevant questions

Accept feedback and implement revisions efficiently
