About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as the engine of new business developmentresponsible for building a strong pipeline, connecting with potential clients, and closing deals.

You will represent the company in front of prospects, articulate the value proposition, and cultivate long-term relationships. If you are a competitive hunter who thrives on hitting targets and earning commission, this role provides the tools and support for you to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Pipeline Development (40%)

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outbound efforts, including cold calling, emailing, social selling (especially via LinkedIn), and networking.

  • Use the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all sales activities, manage the pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasting.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities within target markets.

Sales Execution and Closing (40%)

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Manage the entire sales cyclefrom initial outreach to negotiation and closing.

  • Handle objections confidently and communicate the companys value proposition to secure new business.

Client Relationship & Strategy (20%)

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding evolving needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding.

  • Provide feedback from the field to support sales strategy development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Must-Haves

  • 1-3 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Ability to work onsite during core EST business hours

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in sales

  • Experience with cold calling and social selling

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
