About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as the engine of new business developmentresponsible for building a strong pipeline, connecting with potential clients, and closing deals.
You will represent the company in front of prospects, articulate the value proposition, and cultivate long-term relationships. If you are a competitive hunter who thrives on hitting targets and earning commission, this role provides the tools and support for you to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Pipeline Development (40%)

Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outbound efforts, including cold calling, emailing, social selling (especially via LinkedIn), and networking.

Use the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all sales activities, manage the pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasting.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities within target markets.
Sales Execution and Closing (40%)

Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Manage the entire sales cyclefrom initial outreach to negotiation and closing.

Handle objections confidently and communicate the companys value proposition to secure new business.
Client Relationship & Strategy (20%)

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding evolving needs.

Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding.

Provide feedback from the field to support sales strategy development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Must-Haves

1-3 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Ability to work onsite during core EST business hours
Ideal Candidate Will Have
