About the Role
A highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Project Manager is needed to oversee creative content development and streamline workflow operations within Wrike, the teams project management platform. This role collaborates closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects move smoothly from intake through delivery, with full transparency and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of creative content projects, including intake, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.

Serve as the Wrike expertbuilding, optimizing, and maintaining project templates, dashboards, request forms, automation rules, and reporting tools.

Coordinate with creative teams (design, copy, video, etc.) to assign tasks, monitor progress, and identify or remove blockers.

Ensure timely project execution by monitoring deadlines, flagging risks early, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing clear visibility into status, dependencies, timelines, and approvals.
Qualifications

3+ years of project management or traffic management experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.

Advanced proficiency with Wrike or a similar project management platform (workload views, blueprints/templates, automation, dashboards, reports).

Strong understanding of creative production processes (design, copywriting, video, social, digital, etc.).

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
