Role Overview
This role supports daily IT operations while advancing workflow automation and system integrations across the organization. The focus is on process optimization through system automations. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to identify inefficiencies and develop creative, scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities (Prioritized)

1. APIs, Integrations & AI

  • Explore, create, and implement API-based integrations and automation opportunities
    • Example: Quoting in CRM to Sales Order Execution in ERP
  • Lead workflow improvements involving:
    • ERP: Global Shop Solutions (Pervasive SQL / Actian Zen / Visual Basic)
    • CRM: HubSpot (Standard HTTP protocols and JSON)
    • Microsoft Suite
  • Assist with AI-enabled tools and use cases to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making
    • Lead exploration of emerging AI tools

2. Microsoft 365 Enablement

  • Drive adoption of Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Improve internal workflows and communication through automation, standardization, and training
  • Create and maintain user documentation and SOPs to reduce support load

3. General Business IT Support

  • Provide insight into overall system architecture and workflows
  • Support cybersecurity systems and policies, user device management, office hardware, and IT projects
  • Act as co-liaison and advisor between the company and its managed service provider

Remote & International Expectations

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Availability overlapping with U.S. Central Time
  • Secure tool usage and strong documentation discipline
  • Active participation in video meetings

Qualifications (Requirements)

  • Broad IT experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience with API development
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM–ERP integrations
  • SQL programming proficiency
