Job Objective

Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across the companys Shopify online store by leading site optimisation, promotional execution, and digital performance reporting. This role ensures all eCommerce initiatives align with B2B retail partnerships while delivering measurable sales and brand impact.

Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience

  • Shopify Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and operating a D2C store on the Shopify platform.

  • Klaviyo Proficiency: Experience creating, segmenting, and sending marketing campaigns using Klaviyo (or a similar email marketing tool).

  • Google Analytics: Strong competency in using Google Analytics (preferably GA4) to monitor performance and extract actionable insights.

  • Passion for consumer electronics and smart-home technology.

  • Proven ability to exceed revenue and performance targets.

  • Canva or Photoshop skills for supporting EDMs and promotions (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis (highly regarded).

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations & Site Management

  • Manage and maintain Shopify website(s), including uploading and optimising product listings.

  • Ensure catalogue accuracy and smooth technical functionality.

  • Identify and implement UX improvements aligned with best e-commerce practices.

2. Digital Marketing Execution (Email & Promotions)

  • Plan and send regular email campaigns (promotional, newsletters, lifecycle).

  • Manage and execute the promotional calendar across all digital channels.

  • Improve post-purchase satisfaction and manage customer communication touchpoints.

3. Performance Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; prepare performance reports.

  • Maintain and update overarching B2C strategy documents.

4. Agency & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies managing paid media and organic social campaigns.

  • Ensure alignment with promotional calendars and brand strategy.

  • Additional responsibilities may be introduced based on the candidates experience and evolving company priorities.
