About the Role

Were hiring a full-time Media Buyer experienced in Meta Ads and Google Ads for both lead generation and e-commerce. The role involves campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and automation is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and e-commerce clients.

  • Build and manage full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, etc.).

  • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and integrations with GoHighLevel.

  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy and creative direction.

  • Stay updated with the latest platform policies, targeting options, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns at scale (minimum 3 years).

  • Experience in both lead generation funnels and e-commerce campaigns.

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM (pipeline automation, triggers, tracking).

  • Strong understanding of attribution and tracking (Pixel, CAPI).

  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Solid grasp of testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative testing, scaling strategies).

  • Comfortable managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills.
