The Role:

The company is looking for a News and Public Relations Associate to help with the Company's journalistic and public relations work. You will be working alongside other business journalists and PR associates, reporting to a team lead and the CEO.

Regular tasks will involve:

  • Researching, covering and writing business stories
  • Writing and scheduling weekly newsletters
  • Writing weekly podcast features
  • Pitching, researching and writing newsworthy press releases
  • Manage public affairs and media efforts including writing and placing op-eds and mobilizing editorial campaigns
  • Creating graphics and other creatives
  • Managing our social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter)

The ideal candidate should have a good command of English and be comfortable writing for a Western audience.

Qualifications and Experience

One to two years of experience working with digital marketing / journalism / public relations. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
