Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Associate (Generalist) to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities across different HR functions, including employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (orientation, documentation, 201 files)
  • Process clearance, exit interviews and final pay documentation for offboarding employees
  • Collect and monitor government statutory requirements for notification PHIC, SSS, HDMF to physical office such as (RF1,
  • ER2, MDR, HDMF Consolidation, BIR 1902, Loan Affidavits)
  • Handle HMO employee updates (add/deletion) and assist the HR Manager in annual renewal coordination and APE/ECU.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate processing of allowances, deductions and adjustments.
  • Update of schedule change request of employees
  • Maintain and regularly update HRIS and employee 201 files
  • Will work with HR Manager in preparation of data for regular HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, leave usage)
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of HR records
  • Coordinate performance evaluation cycles (trainee, probationary reviews, annual appraisals)
  • Will work with HR Manager for HR Audit the during for 30-60-90-day plan.
  • Support execution of employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
  • Perform other HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a BPO or shared services environment
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience using HRIS or timekeeping software is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Work setup: Must be willing to work onsite daily
  • Working Hours: Can work the Nightshift, 9pm-6am PHT
