About the job SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies. The candidates will create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. With expertise in social media marketing and analytics, they drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and engaging video contents for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing and networking strategies to exponentially increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, including but not limited to Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, and/or photography with the use of different technologies (Adobe, Capcut, etc.)
