About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients via telephone, email, and other outreach methods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/SaaS sales, strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, and the ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers. As an SDR, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, setting up qualified meetings for our Sales Representatives and contributing to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.

Your work will be instrumental in driving business development and establishing lasting relationships with prospects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver a Category of One experience to prospects by owning lead generation.

  • Identify ICP-aligned companies to call and email, with a strong preference for phone calls over emails (no social selling).

  • Qualify leads based on ICP criteria.

  • Promote TLC Solutions (MSP) and/or TLC One (Digital Business Process Automation Tool).

  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to convert SQLs and transition leads effectively.

  • Generate leads through outbound methods such as online research, curated lists, ZoomInfo, etc.

  • Research ICP-aligned companies using company websites and available public information.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to foster business growth.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of our service and product offerings.

  • Develop and deliver presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition and demonstrate alignment to client needs.

  • Manage pipeline within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate, real-time updates on all records.

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role (preferably in IT/SaaS and B2B environments).

  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to qualification.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with senior decision-makers.

  • Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
