An established Australia-based hospitality group is expanding its digital presence across multiple restaurant and café concepts. With a strong focus on brand identity, customer experience, and digital growth, the team is seeking to elevate online marketing efforts across its growing portfolio.

Role Overview

A highly proactive and results-driven Social Media & Meta Ads Manager is needed to lead both paid and organic social media initiatives for 23 brands within the group. This role will manage full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns, oversee social content calendars, and own the digital marketing function end-to-end.
Ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, understands ecommerce and conversion funnels, and thrives working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on sales, conversions, and ROAS.

  • Conduct audience research, split testing, and ongoing performance analysis.

  • Build and manage full-funnel strategies (awareness retargeting conversion).

  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Collaborate on landing page enhancements to improve conversion rates.

Organic Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram and Facebook.

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand tone and objectives.

  • Write engaging captions and curate visuals optimized for performance.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, supporting community engagement.

Creative & Content Production

  • Create simple graphics, visuals, and social assets using Canva or Figma.

  • Coordinate with video editors or videographers for content and ad creatives.

  • Provide creative direction to ensure alignment with brand identity.

  • Recommend new content formats, trends, and campaign opportunities.

Strategy & Initiative

  • Own the digital marketing strategy for assigned brands.

  • Proactively propose new ideas, strategies, and improvements.

  • Identify performance gaps and opportunities across paid and organic efforts.

  • Stay informed on Meta Ads policies, trends, tools, and platform best practices.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads in ecommerce, F&B, retail, or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and ROAS-focused campaign strategies.

  • Experience planning and managing organic social media content.

  • Ability to create basic graphics in Canva or Figma.

  • Highly proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal direction.

  • Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making.

  • Solid communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with landing page optimization.

  • Basic SEO knowledge.

  • Experience collaborating with creative or production teams.

  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.

  • Background in hospitality or ecommerce marketing.
