Our client is a fast-growing, UAE-born integrated digital and creative agency specializing in strategy, social media, creative production, digital marketing, and technology-driven solutions. They work with high-profile regional and global brands, delivering innovative, insight-led, and performance-focused campaigns across digital and social platforms.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Animator/Motion Designer who can create social-native motion graphics and short-form animated assets for high-profile brands. This role requires strong animation fundamentals, creative thinking, and the ability to produce dynamic content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-impact motion graphics, animated explainers, dynamic text animations, lower thirds, transitions, micro-animations, and social-first video assets.

  • Create short-form animated content for Reels, TikToks, Stories, and teaser formats.

  • Convert static creative concepts into engaging animated versions.

  • Use AI-powered tools (RunwayML, Kaiber, Adobe AI, etc.) to improve animation workflows.

  • Develop storyboards and motion concepts aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, and strategists to execute ideas.

  • Ensure animations meet platform-specific technical requirements.

  • Optimize files for delivery speed, size, and formats (MP4, MOV, GIF).

  • Explore new motion styles and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of animation or motion design experience in a creative or social media agency.

  • Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of social-first animation formats and engagement principles.

  • Ability to create both 2D and light 3D motion assets.

  • Experience using AI tools in motion design workflows.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern social-first motion design.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Ability to work within UAE working hours or with agreed flexibility.

  • Capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
