WORDPRESS DEVELOPER

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive, functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including WordPress themes and plugins, as well as site integration and security updates.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong front-end knowledge, a good eye for design, and solid content management skills. A top WordPress Developer creates user-friendly websites that meet both design and functionality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss website design and functionality

• Design and build website front-end interfaces

• Develop website architecture

• Manage back-end development, including database and server integration

• Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins

• Conduct website performance testing

• Troubleshoot content and functionality issues

• Provide WordPress training to clients when needed

• Monitor and maintain live website performance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery)

• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Mercurial, SVN)

• Experience using debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug)

• Strong understanding of website architecture and design aesthetics

• Ability to manage projects effectively

• Good communication skills

Additional Skills

• Experience integrating CMS with lead generation forms

• Knowledge of SEO optimization and SEO-friendly design practices

• Proven portfolio of websites

• Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout, iconography)
