Overview

A dependable and proactive contract specialist is needed to manage inbound communications from social media followers and consumers across multiple digital channels. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out through direct messages, comments, website inquiries, and other engagement channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in delivering clear, brand-aligned communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound messages, comments, and inquiries across assigned social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).

  • Manage consumer inquiries submitted via website contact forms, live chat, and email queues.

  • Ensure timely, professional, and brand-consistent communication at all times.

  • Escalate inquiries to appropriate internal teams following established guidelines.

  • Use communication scripts, FAQs, and brand voice standards to maintain consistency.

  • Track interactions, recurring concerns, and overall sentiment for reporting and insights.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience and recommend workflow enhancements.

  • Support social engagement initiatives, including campaign-related comment responses.

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure shared information is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Strong English writing and speaking skills with excellent grammar and clarity.

  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based consumer goods company, ideally in an omnichannel environment (e-commerce, retail, marketplace, social).

  • Background in customer service, community management, social media moderation, or similar communication roles is preferred.

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic engagement/CRM tools.

  • Ability to manage high-volume messaging with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond professionally under pressure.

  • Reliable internet connection and consistent remote availability during agreed hours.

  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
