Job Summary

Our client is a global cybersecurity provider and we are looking for a German speaking Sales & Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by actively selling into existing accounts, closing renewals, and expanding business through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by actively selling into existing accounts and expanding business opportunities.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships to identify new sales opportunities and growth potential.
  • Proactively generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
  • Own and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal progression and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and proposals to support deal closure.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility. 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date on company solutions, competitive landscape, and market trends to effectively position offerings.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales with exposure to both retention and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas across renewals and/or expansion targets.

  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills; proficiency in MS Office and SFDC (Clari/Exceed is a plus).

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and well-organized, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

  • Fluent in German and English.

     
  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
