Our client is a well-known digital agency and we are looking for a Technical Growth Architect (Meta & LeadGen) to join our team.
This is not a typical media buyer or account manager role.
You will build, run, and scale lead generation campaigns in the US market. You need to understand both performance marketing and the technical setup behind it (tracking, data flow, automation).
You should be comfortable going from ad idea launch tracking setup scaling, without relying on others for the core work.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns daily
- Set up and maintain tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, events, datasets
- Debug tracking issues and fix data mismatches
- Build and improve lead generation funnels (ads landing pages CRM)
- Use modern AI tools to create ads, landing pages, and workflows
- Automate parts of campaign optimization where possible
- Work with designers and VAs to produce creatives
- Lead a small team and keep projects moving
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience

Managed at least $100K/year in ad spend (preferably more)
- Comfortable managing at least $10K–$20K/month consistently
- Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) and Event tracking and debugging
Able to set up and troubleshoot tracking without relying on others
Already using complex AI tools for:
Ad creatives (especially video), Funnels / landing pages and Workflow automation- Hands-on operator (not just managing accounts or sitting in meetings)
Professional command of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in insurance or lead generation

Experience with tracking tools like Voluum (or similar)
