Job Summary

Our client is a well-known digital agency and we are looking for a Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to manage bids and design and optimize the full customer acquisition engine. You'll own largest spend accounts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google/Bing, scaling while ensuring sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Scale and manage high-spend paid media budgets across Meta and Google/Bing
  • Lead performance creative strategy, including ad concepts, hooks, and direction for video editors
  • Use Generative AI tools to accelerate creative production and testing
  • Optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages to improve conversion and reduce drop-off
  • Analyze attribution, LTV, and CPA to drive data-backed growth decisions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing Facebook/Instagram ads with $100k+/month in spend
  • Strong knowledge of Meta ad setups, including ASC+, CBO, and manual bidding
  • 1+ year managing Google or Bing ads with $50k+/month in spend

  • Hands-on experience with keywords, campaign structure, and optimization

  • Experience creating or briefing video ads that are built to convert

  • Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, comparison pages, and landing page optimization

Nice to have:

  • Basic technical or coding skills (scripts, automation, or working with APIs)
  • Understanding of business or agency growth

  • Strong use of AI tools for ads, including text, image, or video generation
