As a fully-fledged Mars Mission is soon approaching, Team Tumbleweed has reached a critical point in which our cutting-edge technology is being developed and tested at a high magnitude of complexity and intensity.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity, stability, and performance of the rover. We are hiring structural engineers to work on the rover structure, payload subsystem, EDV (Entry and Decent Vehicle), and several other subsystems depending on your level of experience and expertise.

Expectations:

Strong communication and intercultural skills

Excellent written & spoken English

Willingness for continuous learning and personal development

Familiarity with structural design for space exploration missions, autonomous vehicles, or similar applications

Experience in finite element analysis, structural optimization, and material selection.

Strong capabilities in CAD modeling, 3D printing, simulation tools, testing

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
