We are seeking a dynamic Aerospace People and Culture Practitioner with a technical/engineering background to join our team. This unique position is designed for someone who understands the intricacies of technical roles and can leverage this knowledge to enhance our recruitment processes and other administrative tasks within the People and Culture department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, as well as contributing to the development of our workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
  • Design and deliver employee training programs that cater to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a positive organisational culture that supports the company's values and mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Aerospace would be a big plus. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A foundational understanding of technical/engineering disciplines is preferred, with a keen interest in developing expertise in this area.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in People & Culture within a technical environment, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • An aptitude for learning new software and HR technologies.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
