Description:

The Training Specialist supports the design, development, and implementation of training programs that promote workforce proficiency and compliance with organizational and contractual requirements. The position is primarily responsible for curriculum and training material development, including lesson plans, instructional media, and assessment tools, ensuring alignment with approved standards and procedures. Duties also include maintaining training documentation, assisting with instructor evaluations, and supporting continuous improvement of instructional content and delivery methods.

In addition to development responsibilities, the Training Specialist performs coordination and facilitation tasks consistent with Training Coordinator functions. This includes planning and scheduling training events, preparing required materials and equipment, maintaining attendance and qualification records, and conducting or assisting with training sessions as assigned. The position collaborates with instructors, subject matter experts, and supervisory personnel to ensure training activities are well organized, properly documented, and effective in meeting performance and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Education, Training, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field; equivalent technical or military experience may substitute for formal education.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training development, instructional delivery, or related technical training support functions.

  • Working knowledge of curriculum design principles, instructional methods, and training documentation practices.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as AS9100, AS9110, or equivalent standards.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic learning management system (LMS) functions.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

  • Ability to coordinate training events and effectively interact with instructors, trainees, and management staff.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
