Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer to support maintenance operations on rotary-wing aircraft. This role is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic, pneudraulic, and environmental control systems across multiple helicopter platforms to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, fault detection, and fault isolation on pneudraulic and environmental control systems
- Conduct AVUM and AVIM level maintenance, functional checks, repairs, modifications, and preservation
- Support multiple rotary-wing platforms including CH-47, UH-60, AH-64, and S-333 helicopters
- Maintain and monitor pneudraulic subsystems and environmental control systems before, during, and after repair or modification
- Disassemble, repair, reassemble, install, adjust, and test hydraulic and environmental systems and components
- Flush and bleed pneudraulic systems; fabricate tubes and hoses as required
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions within hydraulic and environmental control systems
- Interpret and apply technical manuals, directives, and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a graduate of the US Air Force/US Army 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer Course, or commercial equivalent. Shall perform inspections, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate AVUM and AVIM inspection, functional check, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, modification and preservation on all RSLFAC Helicopters which includes but is not limited to CH-47, UH-60, AH-64 and S-333 training helicopters, including:
- Perform and monitor maintenance of Pneudraulics subsystems and components and environmental control systems and components, before, during, and after repair or modification to determine that completed repairs are performed with prescribed specifications.
- Disassemble, repair, reassemble, install, adjust and test hydraulic and environmental control systems, subsystems, and components according to directives, technical manuals, and safety procedures.
- Flush and bleed Pneudraulics systems. Fabricate tubes and hoses. Diagnose, localize, and troubleshoot malfunctions to specific Pneudraulics system/sub-systems of the environmental control systems.
- Experience with AH-64
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
