Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DBA / MMIS Consultant to support ERP systems, database administration, and IT infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will manage database environments, ensure system security and availability, and support aviation maintenance and logistics systems within a structured IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support ERP systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Manage MSSQL Server databases, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Maintain server environments, including user access, security controls, storage, and system availability.
  • Monitor system activity, job processing, and database performance.
  • Generate specialized queries and reports; ensure timely processing of requisitions and system updates.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery systems to protect databases and application code.
  • Support networking environments including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and related protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across IT functional areas to support overall system integration and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the last 10 years in structured methodologies and project management.
  • TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and networking protocols.
  • MSSQL Server. MCP or MCSE or OCP certification is highly desired.
  • Information security policies, technologies, common challenges, and trends.
  • Administration and operation of the RSLFAC's ERP system, as required.
  • Maintain server and environment including security (usernames, passwords, authorizations, and access control), device configuration, job and system activity, server availability, and storage management and reports.
  • Generate specialized queries and reports, ensure the requisitions are sent and received daily, and ensure databases are updated and all system processes are executed.
  • Implement and maintain a backup system to protect the RSLFAC Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics databases and the application program code in addition to a routine system back-up to protect RSLFAC data.
  • Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to evaluate business situations, and develop solutions through systems and processes is highly desired.
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand the Arabic language fluently is required.
  • Fluent in English language.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
