Description:

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Information Technology Specialist role is ensuring the effective operation of information technology services and support across the organization and ATSS program requirements. In addition to serving as a technical expert in developing, implementing, managing, and supporting systems and networks, cybersecurity responsibilities. IT specialist plans and carries out exciting, complex assignments and develops new methods and approaches in a wide variety of I.T. specialties. The I.T. Specialist is also responsible for the communication system on KAA, Dirab and ATSS Program building with connection with Corporate. He will respond to all MNG requests on the Aviation Bases. The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for providing various forms of computer-related technical assistance and improving the efficiency of the work of the staff with technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Technical degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with 2+ years in systems support (hardware and software).
  • 5 years of experience in IT department operations.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in database administration and development.
  • Proficiency in IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation; IT security principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with internet technologies and emerging information technologies.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
  • Willingness to work occasional off-hours to address critical operational needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.


Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
