Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AH-64 Mechanic to support rotary-wing maintenance operations. The AH-64 Mechanic is responsible for performing organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance on the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter. This role includes troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, and servicing aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness and mission readiness. The mechanic will work in accordance with established technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the AH-64 Apache helicopter.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft mechanical systems including engines, drive systems, rotor assemblies, hydraulic systems, and airframe components.

Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and phase maintenance inspections.
- Utilize applicable technical manuals, maintenance publications, and engineering documentation to complete maintenance tasks.
- Remove and replace aircraft components and perform system operational checks.
- Document all maintenance actions accurately in maintenance logs and records.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and quality assurance requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance control, quality assurance, and supply personnel to support aircraft readiness.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a U.S. Army Mission Design Series (MDS) AH-64, CH-47, or UH-60 helicopter maintenance course (or another U.S. military branch equivalent). Experience on AH-64E, CH-47F, or UH-60M is highly desired.
- Aircraft Mechanics assigned to support FAA-certified aircraft must meet applicable FAA requirements.
- Extensive experience performing aircraft maintenance including engines, sheet metal/structural repair, hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, and general mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform AVUM and AVIM maintenance tasks, including component removal/installation and repair parts requisitioning.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair procedures, and component replacement.
- Working knowledge of electrical theory and ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems.
- Experience using aircraft maintenance tools and equipment such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes, shears, and cable tensiometers.
- Knowledge of aircraft sheet metal and structural modification and repair.
- Experience maintaining aircraft logbooks, maintenance records, military technical publications, and Army maintenance management systems.
- Advanced maintenance knowledge such as rigging aircraft turbine engine controls is highly desired.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
