Job Summary:

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support aviation training programs, forecasting, and coordination of training requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive military aviation experience and a strong background in training management, with the ability to support both in-country and CONUS training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and plan aviation training requirements for personnel both in-country and in the United States (CONUS).
  • Coordinate identification, processing, and scheduling of personnel for training programs.
  • Support development and execution of aviation training plans and programs.
  • Apply knowledge of U.S. Army aviation doctrine, tactics, and aircraft capabilities to training initiatives.
  • Utilize Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Methods of Instruction (MOI) principles in program development.
  • Coordinate with leadership and training organizations to ensure alignment with mission requirements.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation related to training activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of training processes and programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (may be waived with significant experience and relevant military education).
  • Minimum of 10 years of military aviation experience.
  • Strong background in aviation-related training.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
