Finance Budget Specialist

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Budget Specialist to support budgeting, financial planning, and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Saudi military or government budgeting environments and will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and defending commercial budgets in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop commercial budgets in coordination with functional managers.
• Consolidate and prepare budgets for leadership review and approval.
• Evaluate funding requests for validity, accuracy, and business justification.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and defend budget recommendations using evidence-based analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of budgeting experience within the last 10 years.
• Experience in Saudi military or government commercial budgeting required.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
