Description:

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to earn qualification in the MD530F helicopter while serving as a Rotary Wing Instructor Pilot.
Conduct Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) training, Aircraft Qualification Course (AQC) training, Instructor Pilot Course (IPC) training, continuation training, and evaluation of customer students and pilots in accordance with approved Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard publications. In this role, instructors contribute directly to the development of military aviators through structured flight instruction, evaluation, and academic mentorship within a professional training environment.
Flight instruction duties include contact training, basic instrument training, advanced maneuver training, and initial NVG qualification as required by the training program.
Flight evaluation duties include APART, PFE, and progression evaluations under Day, Night, Hood, and NVG conditions in accordance with government-approved standards.
Academic instruction may include, but is not limited to, any combination of Individual or Group instruction in a classroom environment and or simulator on basic ground school topics, including aerodynamics, aeromedical, navigation, aircraft systems, crew coordination, basic instruments, and night/NVG. Responsible for maintaining Individual Gradebook Folders and Individual Aircrew Training Folders (IATF) and completing required training, currency, and readiness entries.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot certificate (or ICAO/host country equivalent)
  • FAA Class II Flight Physical (or ICAO/host country equivalent)
  • Must have been qualified as a Pilot in Command
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is required
  • Graduate of a recognized military Instructor Pilot course or equivalent IP qualification
  • Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
  • Minimum 300 hours rotary-wing flight time
  • Minimum 100 hours Single-Engine
  • Night Vision Goggle (NVG) qualification
  • Ability to qualify in mission, type, design, and series aircraft upon hire
  • Ability to communicate both orally and written
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer professionally and courteously
  • Ability to use Microsoft Products

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
