About the job Supply Specialist Level I and II

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Supply Specialists to support aviation logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military supply systems, property accountability, and logistics management, ensuring all materials are properly managed in accordance with U.S. Army and RSLFAC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support supply operations ensuring all logistics materials are received, identified, stored, preserved, packaged, issued, shipped, and accounted for properly.
- Assist in managing industrial property accounting systems, including procurement, inventory, tracking, and disposition.
- Maintain accurate supply records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
- Support implementation and maintenance of automated supply and logistics systems.
- Assist in developing and improving supply processes and procedures.
- Ensure proper control, safeguarding, and utilization of government property and repair parts.
- Support reporting, audits, and logistics program requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of aviation maintenance supply experience.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics planning and management within the last 10 years.
Level 1 & Level 2:
- Minimum of 7 years of supply experience in a military wholesale or retail supply program within the last 10 years.
- Level Requirements:
- Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Level 2: High school diploma plus experience with Army aircraft maintenance supply procedures.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
