Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support aviation maintenance quality programs and ensure airworthiness of rotary-wing aircraft. The ideal candidate will have extensive U.S. Army aviation maintenance experience and a strong background in technical inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the AVIM Company Quality Control Section in establishing and maintaining quality control programs.
  • Perform and document technical inspections on aircraft and components.
  • Support job time reporting, aircraft modifications, and maintenance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide backup quality control inspections for UH-60, AH-64, and CH-47 aircraft at AVUM/AVIM levels.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a U.S. Army aviation unit, including:
  • At least 2 years as a Technical Inspector on AH-64, UH-60, or CH-47 aircraft within the last 10 years.
  • Graduate of U.S. Army 15U, 15R, or 15T Technical Inspector Course; OR
    Former Maintenance Test Pilot on AH-64, UH-60, or CH-47; OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in accordance with SCA Quality Control Inspector (99610).
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
