Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and maintain quality standards across aviation maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality management systems, lead audits, and support airworthiness requirements for rotary-wing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Plan, lead, and conduct quality assurance audits; track findings and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Safety, Production, Quality, and Supply teams to ensure mission effectiveness and compliance.
  • Communicate quality program updates and audit results to leadership, including Program Manager and COR.
  • Analyze quality trends, maintenance conditions, and audit data; provide monthly reporting.
  • Support and maintain airworthiness standards across aviation maintenance operations.
  • Provide backup quality control inspections for UH-60, AH-64, and CH-47 aircraft at AVUM/AVIM levels.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must meet all requirements for Quality Control Specialist (as applicable).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including:
  • Experience with quality management systems or compliance with industry standards.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience planning and leading quality assurance audits within the last 15 years.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
