Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Aviation Machinist / Welder Specialist to support aircraft maintenance and fabrication operations. This role is responsible for machining, welding, and metal fabrication tasks to repair, modify, and produce aircraft components in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform machining, welding, brazing, soldering, and metal fabrication on aircraft components
  • Conduct drilling, cutting, shaping, planing, and modification of parts using machine shop equipment
  • Set up, align, operate, maintain, and preserve manual and automated machining and welding equipment
  • Fabricate, repair, rework, and modify aircraft parts and components
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Ensure all work meets required tolerances, quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Support maintenance operations with precision machining and structural repair work
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with safety regulations

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Graduate of U.S. Army Aviation Allied Trades Course (91E), or equivalent military/commercial welding, machining, or metalworking training
  • Experience aligned with SCA Aerospace Structural Welder (23010) and Machinist, Maintenance (23550)
  • Minimum four (4) years of supervisory experience or civilian journeyman equivalent
  • Layout, setup, alignment, operation, maintenance and preservation of manual and automatically operated tools, equipment, and machines used in machine shop and welding, brazing, soldering, cutting tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Performs drilling, cutting, shaping, planning, and other fabrication, repair, rework, and modification operations with machines, equipment, and tools common to aircraft machine shops.
  • Must pass the Jaeger Eye Exam every 2 years.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
