Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Armament / Missile / Avionic Electrical System Repairer to support AH-64D/E Apache helicopter operations. This role is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of armament, missile, and avionics electrical systems to ensure aircraft readiness and mission capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, fault detection, and fault isolation on AH-64D/E armament and avionics systems
- Conduct AVUM/AVIM level maintenance and corrective actions in accordance with U.S. Army technical publications
- Maintain and repair aircraft weapons systems, fire control systems, and associated components
- Disassemble, repair, reassemble, install, adjust, and test AH-64D/E armament systems and subsystems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system checks using approved procedures and manuals
- Troubleshoot and repair IHADDS (Integrated Helmet and Display Sighting System)
- Operate and maintain ground support equipment (GSE), test measurement, and diagnostic equipment
- Perform depot-level maintenance when authorized
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Contractor must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Contractor shall perform inspections, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate AVUM/AVIM corrective actions on the AH-64D/E armament related systems. Perform armament depot-level maintenance and repair when authorized.
- Maintain and repair major aircraft weapons systems, components, and fire control systems and components, of the AH-64D/E aircraft armament / missile systems including:
- Disassemble, repair, reassemble, install, adjust and test all major AH- 64D/E armament systems, subsystems, and components according to directives, technical manuals, and safety procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance, equipment checkout, fault detection, fault isolation, and performs the AVUM/AVIM corrective actions using appropriate US Army technical publications.
- Performs fault isolation, fault detection, and troubleshooting of IHADDS.
- Operate and maintain all applicable AH-64D/E peculiar ground support equipment, common ground support equipment, and test measurement and diagnostic equipment.
- Contractor must be a graduate of the US Army AH-64 Armament/Electrical/Avionics Systems Repairer Course (15Y).
- Completion of US Army approved Apache E Model specific training is highly desired.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
