Logistics Specialist Level 1, 2, 3

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Logistics Specialists to support planning, coordination, and integration of logistics and supply operations for aviation systems and assets. The ideal candidate will have a background in military logistics or supply chain operations and the ability to analyze and recommend efficient support solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning, coordination, and integration of logistics and supply requirements for aviation systems and assets.
• Review acquisition, basing, and operational mission requirements to recommend cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Assist in developing logistics plans, studies, and analytical reports.
  
  
• Support logistics briefings and training activities, including for foreign military personnel.
• Utilize automated logistics and supply systems to track and manage resources.
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in military logistics, supply chain, or related functional disciplines (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Fluent in English.

Level Requirements:

• Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Level 2: High school diploma plus 2-year college degree.
• Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
