Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, ensure efficient workflow, and provide support across administrative and HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Operate office equipment (computer, printer, copier, fax, binding equipment)
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation accuracy
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of office activities
  • Provide basic support to human resources functions
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.
  •  Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is highly desired.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in administration and/or computer applications within the last ten (10) years is required.
  • Contractor shall perform all office administration functions as required to include using a Computer, Printer, Fax, Copier, book binding equipment, and other equipment as needed.
  •  Experience with human resource management is desired.
  • Shall be fluent in Arabic, oral and written, and shall be able communicate in the English language.
  • All technical requirements may be waived by the RSLFAC Commander but must be learned within a 6-month period on the job.
  • Level 1= High School Diploma; Level 2= High School Diploma + 2 Year college degree; Level 3= bachelor's degree

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
