About the job English Language Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified English Language Instructors to deliver high-quality English training to Saudi military personnel and Third Country Nationals (TCNs). The ideal candidate will have strong instructional experience, preferably in international and military environments, and the ability to develop and maintain effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver English language instruction to officers, soldiers, and TCN personnel.
- Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with training objectives.
- Maintain and update training records, reports, and documentation using Defense Language Institute (DLI) program standards.
- Support curriculum development and revision as required.
- Maintain classrooms, English labs, and instructional materials to ensure readiness and continuity of training.
- Track training materials and coordinate requisitions to avoid disruptions.
- Collaborate with other instructors and leadership to ensure training objectives are met.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in English.
- An exception for personnel who possess degrees in other disciplines and have a Teach English Language (TESOL), Teach English First Language (TEFL), or a Teach English Second Language (TESL) Certification.
- Must have a minimum four (4) years of experience as English instructor, of which two (2) years are international for a level one (1) instructor and four (4) years international for a level two (2) instructor.
- Experience per SCA for Foreign Language Translator (30110).
- Responsible for completing and maintaining all applicable forms, records, and reports using the U.S. Defense Language Institute's (DLI) program as reference.
- Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of associated work areas to include English laboratory, classrooms, or any other areas used in the instructional process. Responsible for maintaining training materials and tracking requisitions to ensure training is not delayed or interrupted.
- The Lead Instructor shall assist in organizing the efforts of the department, helping other instructors when needed, follow-up, and ensure accomplishment on all related issues for the English Department, and work duties as assigned by the RSLFAC.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
