Position Summary
The International Recruiter operates independently to support global staffing initiatives across CONUS and OCONUS locations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify workforce requirements and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies in support of mission-critical programs.
The position plays a key role in recruitment operations, deployment readiness, and HR compliance, while supporting broader corporate initiatives. The recruiter is responsible for managing job postings, candidate pipelines, onboarding processes, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to determine staffing needs across domestic and international programs
- Design, develop, and manage job postings and recruitment campaigns using social media and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Execute full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations
Recruitment & HR Operations:
- Manage job offers, pre-employment processing, drug testing, background checks, and credential verification
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records and recruitment documentation
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in accordance with HR policies
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and employee lifecycle activities
Administrative & Data Management:
- Perform administrative support functions including scheduling, correspondence, and document generation
- Conduct confidential data entry and maintain personnel files, records, and certifications
- Process forms and maintain organized, up-to-date documentation systems
Deployment & Mobilization Support:
- Transition selected candidates into the deployment pipeline ensuring completion of:
- Background checks
- Qualification Verification Program (QVP) approval
- Medical clearance requirements
- Coordinate with external vendors (medical providers, visa agencies, travel companies) to support deployment readiness
- Provide visa guidance, pre-departure instructions, and cultural orientation to deploying personnel
- Assist with dependent visa processing where applicable
- Monitor deployment timelines and ensure compliance with subcontract and program requirements
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as liaison between program leadership and recruiting/HR teams
- Provide routine updates to leadership on hiring status and deployment readiness
- Contribute to the development and improvement of deployment policies, processes, and internal controls
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
(or equivalent experience in lieu of degree) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or HR, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment
- Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS staffing efforts
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR compliance
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
