Description:
Supervise aircraft maintenance personnel on the AH6i, as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives and applicable technical manuals. Actively participate in maintenance tasks. Supervises the removal and installation of aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components. Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks. Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions. Uses common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures. Supervise the performance of aircraft and related components routine and special inspections. Supervise maintenance operational checks. Supervise Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required. Use and perform operator maintenance on tools, special tools, and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records. Ensures that all related operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Graduated from US Army Rotary Wing aircraft mechanic maintenance course or civilian equivalent with five (5) years' experience.
· 3 Years of experience in maintenance on MD-530, AH-64, or OH-58D Aircraft.
· Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
· Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
· Possess a valid US issued driver's license and passport.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
