Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Analyst to support aviation training programs by developing, managing, and evaluating instructional materials and courseware. The ideal candidate will have experience in military or aviation training environments and a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and maintain study guides, lesson plans, and courses of instruction.
- Support curriculum and courseware development aligned with training requirements.
- Coordinate with operational units to identify and assess training needs.
- Assist in the development of training proposals, plans, and instructor selection/training.
- Develop and maintain training procedures, reports, and records for management visibility.
- Establish and support technical training assistance programs to enhance personnel performance and career progression.
- Utilize training aids, devices, and audio-visual tools to enhance instruction.
- Plan and conduct management, supervisory, and specialized training programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (training/curriculum development preferred), OR
Associate degree with advanced military or commercial training in aircraft maintenance training procedures. - Graduate of a U.S. Army Methods of Instruction (MOI), Instructor Training Course (ITC), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience within the last 10 years developing training policy, objectives, and schedules in an aviation or military environment.
- The applicant will support the Aviation training mission in the following areas:
- Plan and develop study guides, lesson plans, and courses of instruction to support curriculum and courseware requirements.
- Maintain coordination with operating units to determine training requirements. Assist in the preparation and development of training proposals and plans, and the selection and training of instructors.
- Develop, prepare, and maintain training procedures, reports, and records that provide management information to the RSLFAC.
- Establish and maintain a technical training assistance program designed to aid Aviation Battalion and RSLFAC personnel in improving their individual abilities and knowledge, thereby improving their performance in their assigned duties and to prepare them for advancement.
- Must have knowledge of use of training aids and devices and use of audio-visual training aids.
- Must be experienced in planning and conducting management and supervisory development training and other specialized training programs.
- Knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) is highly desired.
- Experience in the instruction and training of foreign military students is highly desired.
- Knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) is highly desired.
- Must have demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Arabic is highly desired.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
