Description:

Serves as the Aviation and Ground Safety Lead Instructor under the direction of the Aviation Institute Director. Responsible for performing duties as a Safety Instructor, conducting academic instruction and hands-on performance training and evaluations to ensure student proficiency and adherence to academic standards. Promotes and advocates the overall safety program of the Aviation Institute in all aspects of flight and ground operations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • Aviation Safety Officer Course (ASOC) graduate or equivalent.
  • Rotary Wing Aviation rating.
  • Company-level safety officer.
  • Knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts and administration.
  • Demonstrated past performance and experience as Safety Program Manager.
  • Demonstrated past performance in the development of training plans.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and written.
  • Ability to effectively deal with people in the supervision of staff and team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; must be experienced in using Adobe Pro and other relevant programs and applications.


Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
