Description:
Responsible for administering property control management to ensure continual equipment accountability is IAW DoD, FMS Saudi Arabia and GDCME regulations. Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete equipment, posting documents, and lateral transfers of GDCME/MNG equipment. Conducts property audits; provides guidance pertaining to property accountability.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post-Secondary Education (i.e. Associate's Degree) or military training preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of broad-based experience in the fields of property book management, supply, distribution, and warehousing required.
- Property Book Management Experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred; ability to work swiftly and accurately; Ability to effectively communicate in English and Arabic with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
