Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Technician to manage, evaluate, and administer government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, administration, and management, with a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and interpret contract language, including administrative and technical provisions of Statements of Work (SOW).
- Review subcontracts and purchase orders containing contracts.
- Review contract amendments and variation orders; revise amendments as required by contractors and supervisors.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables according to contract terms.
- Verify compliance with all contract requirements, including performance securities, service certificates, and key staff schedules.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Project Management Office (PMO) or Project Officer (PO).
- Maintain expert-level knowledge in networking, system, and database administration.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility in government contract negotiation, administration, and/or management with quantifiable results.
- Evaluate and interpret contract language for the administrative and technical provisions of the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Reviews subcontracts and purchase orders containing contracts
- Responsible for reviewing contract amendments/variation orders, as well as for the revision of amendments presented by the contractor and supervisors.
- Ensure that all reports and deliverables are delivered according to the terms of the contract and on time.
- Ensure that all contract requirements are followed (submission of performance securities, service certificates, key staff schedule, etc.).
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the PMO or PO.
- CISCO professional or Microsoft Certifications preferred. Proven communication skills both oral and written.
- Computer literate with the ability to use MS Office and spreadsheet applications (Word, Excel, MS Access and SQL Database).
- Expert in Networking, System and Database administration
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
