Job Summary:

We are seeking a Government Relations / Administrator to support administrative and coordination activities for aviation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and computer skills and will act as a liaison between site operations, leadership, and the RSLFAC headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site requirements and administrative actions to ensure aviation program mission success.
  • Maintain communication with local Commanders, leaders, and RSLFAC Headquarters regarding administrative needs.
  • Assist in updating passports, obtaining licenses, coordinating government fees, and preparing necessary forms for government services.
  • Prepare technical reports, charts, graphs, and correspondence as required; take dictation when necessary.
  • Maintain logs of official correspondence and assist with specialized missile-related documentation.
  • Utilize computers, databases, and personnel records systems for administrative tasks.
  • Support program management by providing updates on requirements and necessary support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Level 2: High school diploma plus 2-year college degree in business management or related field highly desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or computer applications experience within the last 10 years.
  • Experience with human resource management is desired.
  • Fluent in Arabic (oral and written) and able to communicate in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
