Description:

Responsible for executing all tasks required for IMSS in support of MNG AVN; to include 100% aircraft maintenance, aircraft maintenance management, aircraft maintenance support, maintenance test flights, flight line support, logistics support, maintainer training, OJT, and mentorship to MNG AVN personnel. Ensures maintenance functional activities and procedures are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established operational readiness (OR) rates for the aircraft assigned to that battalion IAW contractual requirements. Serves as Director's liaison with OPM-SANG, MNG AVN personnel, and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) for matters relating to fleet management, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, training, warranties, and safety. Ensures operations are conducted in a safe/effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required master's preferred, Graduate of Aviation Maintenance course required.
  • Minimum of 15years experience in Rotary wing Maintenance and logistics.
  • 10 years Supervisory experience of Aviation Maintenance mechanics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of rotary wing Aviation operations inclusive of maintenance and logistics.
  • Demonstrated past performance and experience in leading an organizational staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated past performance in the development of organizational plans, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Possess a valid US issued driver's license and passport.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
