Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Airframe Structural Repairer to support rotary-wing aircraft maintenance operations. This role is responsible for performing structural repairs, fabrication, and maintenance on helicopter airframes and components to ensure aircraft integrity, safety, and mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and fabrication of aircraft structural components including sheet metal, stress panels, fiberglass, and rotor blades
  • Conduct battle damage repair using Fuel Cell Kits and Structures Kits
  • Inspect airframes to identify damage, wear, and corrosion
  • Apply corrosion control techniques and procedures
  • Repair and fabricate structural components in accordance with technical manuals and specifications
  • Utilize shop mathematics, metallurgical data, charts, and fabrication references
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and airworthiness standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a graduate of the US Army Aircraft Structural Repairer Course (15G) or other US Armed Forces or Commercial equivalent.
  • Perform maintenance, repair and fabrication of aircraft structural members, sheet metal, stress panels, fiberglass, and helicopter rotor blades in the following areas:
  • Conduct battle damage repair using the Fuel Cell Kit and Structures Kit.
  • Determine airframe inspection checkpoints and corrosion control techniques and procedures.
  • Must have a working knowledge of, and be able to use shop mathematics, metallurgical tables, charts, and other data used in the shop fabrication process.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
