Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Power-Plant Repairer to support rotary-wing aircraft maintenance operations. This role is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of turbine engines and power plant systems across multiple helicopter platforms to ensure mission readiness and operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, fault detection, and fault isolation on aircraft power plant systems
- Conduct AVUM and AVIM level maintenance, functional checks, repairs, modifications, and preservation
- Maintain and repair engines, auxiliary power units (APUs), and related power plant components
- Remove, disassemble, repair, rig, rework, reassemble, install, adjust, test, and modify power plant systems and subsystems
- Support multiple rotary-wing platforms including CH-47, UH-60, AH-64, and S-333 helicopters
- Maintain and repair major assemblies, subassemblies, and line replaceable units (LRUs)
- Operate and maintain common and platform-specific ground support equipment (GSE)
- Utilize and maintain common, special, and precision tools required for engine maintenance
- Perform depot-level maintenance when authorized
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be a graduate of the US Army Aircraft Power Plant Repairer Course (15B) or other military or civilian aircraft maintenance course with specialization in turbine engine repair or commercial equivalent. - Shall perform inspections, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate AVUM and AVIM inspection, functional check, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, modification and preservation on all RSLFAC Helicopters power plant related systems for CH-47, UH-60, AH-64 and S-333 training helicopters, including:
- Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, and line replaceable unit's (LRUs) of the CH-47, AH-64, UH-60 and Schweizer 333 power plant related systems (engines and auxiliary power units).
- Remove, disassemble, repair, rig, rework, reassemble, install, modify, adjust, test and preserve power plant systems, subsystems, and components according to directives, technical manuals, and safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain all applicable peculiar and common ground support equipment. Identify, use and maintain all common, special, and precision tools available for power plant maintenance and repair.
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate AVUM/AVIM corrective actions on the power plant related systems. Perform power plant depot-level maintenance and repair when authorized.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
